Description

 "This witch zooms around on her broom flying most of the time at high speed, giving the appearance of a shooting star or comet. The broom is enchanted, so flying through cloudy weather will make them clear up to reveal the night sky. 

It is said that if you hear a twinkling sound, then it is her passing by because of the chimes attached to her hat. "

A piece I did a couple months ago, where people would draw themselves as a witch for #witchsonaweek and I decided to join in.  I went for more of the "cute" witch type, like ones seen in Little Witch Academia or Kiki's Delivery Service instead of the traditional look.  :)
