The Divide: Caius, the Advisor

This is Caius, my judge NPC for #TheDivideOCT and the 2nd representative for the Cynitives.

I think I covered most of his info on the ref sheet, but if you have any questions, just let me know!

(Also if you couldn't tell, he's wearing baggy white pants, and his tail is hidden under his cloak. ouo)
